BSNL postpaid plans accompanied by additional family connections

BSNL's postpaid plans come with additional family connections, but they do require an activation fee of Rs 100 and security deposit charges for new BSNL users.

In order to cater to its users' needs, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), the state-run telecom operator, provides postpaid plans with the option of adding family connections.

However, the monthly postpaid plans do come with certain charges. There is an activation fee of Rs 100, and new BSNL users are required to pay a security deposit. For a local+STD postpaid connection, the security deposit is Rs 500. For a local+STD+ISD postpaid connection, it is Rs 2000. And for a local+STD+ISD+international roaming postpaid connection, it is Rs 5000.

For instance, the Rs 525 BSNL postpaid plan includes unlimited calling, 85GB data with the option to carry over unused data up to 255GB, and 100 SMS per day. Additionally, it offers an extra family SIM with unlimited voice calling, 10GB of data, and 20 daily SMS.

If you opt for the Rs 798 postpaid plan, BSNL provides 50GB data, with the ability to carry over up to 150GB of unused data. It also includes 100 SMS per day and unlimited voice calling. Furthermore, you receive two family SIMs, each with unlimited voice calling, 50GB data, and 100 daily SMS.

For users who choose the Rs 999 BSNL postpaid plan, they can enjoy 75GB data, with the option to carry over up to 225GB of unused data. This plan also includes the same free SMS and voice calling benefits as mentioned earlier. Moreover, it comes with three family connections, each offering unlimited voice calling, 75GB data, and 100 daily SMS.
